3-Roll Variable Axis Plate Bending Rolls
Highest power, absolute pre-bending precision and maximum flexibility are amongst the main features of our PCO plate rolls.
All three rolls are moving independently from each other: the lower rolls slide along the horizontal axis, whereas the top roll moves vertically.
The peculiar geometry of the PCO roll makes it possible to bend heavy thickness plates just by increasing the centerline distance between the two lower rolls. In this way, it is possible to have a heavy-duty machine but with a smaller frame compared to traditional 3- or 4-roll plate bending rolls.
Absolute pre-bending precision is one of the main features of our PCO roll.

STRADIVARI® CNC Playback Control
The STRADIVARI® Playback System is Parmigiani's proprietary CNC control platform, developed in-house specifically for dishing operations. It enables fully automatic production of large batches of heads — an operator teaches the first cycle, and the system plays it back identically for every subsequent piece. With the STRADIVARI® system, a single operator can run multiple dishing units simultaneously.
The control includes an active extended diagnostic system that goes well beyond basic fault detection. It provides real-time scanning and verification of all wiring connections to hydraulic valves, encoders, microswitches, and other machine components — giving operators and maintenance teams instant visibility into machine health. Linear sliding guides and ball screws ensure precise, repeatable mechanical positioning throughout the forming cycle.
